T W Logistics chooses Access Delta to enhance client experience

T W Logistics is to implement Access Delta from Access Group to improve efficiency for the next phase of its growth. Serving a broad client base, the third party logistics (3PL) provider is looking to further enhance the service it provides in an increasingly competitive environment.

The Gainsborough-based business, which includes a second distribution centre in Essex, will roll out Access Delta across all four of its sites. Integrating the solution with its existing systems will enable T W Logistics to maintain high levels of consistency throughout the organisation and help it to win new business as well as better service existing clients.

“We needed a more robust 3PL system to enable us to grow without increasing headcount. Access Delta will allow us to do this, whilst at the same time provide a self-service portal and automate many of the processes so we can improve our clients’ overall experience.”

Looking to attract new clients, T W Logistics wanted to ensure that they had the best-of-breed solution in place to support its plans. “Access Delta will support us in winning new client contracts by showing prospects that we have a first class warehouse management system in place. It will give them the confidence that we can handle any warehousing requirement for their stock.”

In addition to improved customer service, it will also help to ensure accuracy of invoices without manual intervention. Joanne said, “The old system did not support the latest technology and as a client-facing business, the new system will support securing new contract wins in a crowded competitive market.

“We’d outgrown our legacy system quite some time ago and we were not receiving the level of support that we needed. The new system will help us to transform the way we work and to remain flexible and proactive,” concluded Joanne.
