Coronavirus Statement

In light of the continuing COVID-19 outbreak health situation we have taken the difficult decision to postpone IntraLogisteX to the 28th & 29th July 2020. 
 
This decision has not been taken lightly. We have been following Government and WHO advice on events, however, we have come to the conclusion that companies might face severe travel restrictions in the coming weeks and under the Government’s  ‘delay’ phase large scale events might be prohibited. 
 
All existing  visitor registrations etc. will remain in place and we will transfer them all to the new dates. 
 
If you have any questions relating to this then please do not hesitate to contact either myself or your usual  contact here.
 
I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for the very positive response we have regarding this decision from all of the conversations we have had today.
 
We look forward to welcoming you at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 28th & 29th July and hosting another successful show.

Understandably, given global concerns over Covid-19, Akabo Media has received queries as to whether we might postpone IntraLogisteX 2020, the only intralogistics exhibition in the UK this year. 

We would like to make our position clear that we have no plans to postpone the event.

At all times Akabo Media will follow the latest government advice, which currently is 'business as usual'. 

There are currently no warnings against travel within the UK, nor on the assembly of the public and, at this time, we see no reason but to go ahead and conduct a successful exhibition and conference.

We would like to stress that we will work closely with exhibitors, visitors and the host of IntraLogisteX - the Ricoh Area - to ensure that the event is delivered as safely as possible for all involved. We would also like to stress that we will continue to monitor the latest government advice to ensure that our duty of care to all concerned is maintained.

We continue to receive bookings and pre-registrations and are working hard to ensure all are delivered a great show.

Akabo Media would like thank the visitors and exhibitors to IntraLogisteX for their continued support and we look forward to welcoming you to the Ricoh Arena on 31 March and 1 April.
