Matthew is the Head of Operations currently working within the recipe box market. In the three years he has been with Mindful Chef he has seen the business grow from 5,000 boxes to 45,000 boxes per week, which has meant growing and automating the operation to ensure efficiencies are made, thus reducing fulfilment costs.
