Bauhaus automates goods receiving at German warehouse
Bauhaus has deployed robotic container unloading from XYZ Robotics at its central warehouse in Krefeld.
The RockyOne robot unloads loose cartons from shipping containers, with barcode scanning used to identify and sort them, before RockyOne SE builds pallets to set patterns. Bauhaus says the system has run reliably around the clock and is exploring wider rollout across its network.
