Deliveroo and Coco plan robot deliveries across five UK locations
Deliveroo is partnering with Coco Robotics to bring autonomous delivery robots to five UK locations.
A 12-month trial starts in Canary Wharf this October, with Milton Keynes, Leeds, Stockton-on-Tees and Nottingham to follow. The electric, pavement-based robots use onboard sensors, cameras and AI navigation, and the rollout includes new depots, charging facilities and operations and maintenance roles.
