DPD secures second Midlands-based logistics site
DPD has signed a five-year lease on an 82,000ft² unit at Indurent Park Derby, its second Midlands deal with Indurent this year.
Unit D82 offers around 78,600ft² of warehouse space, is rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+, and is ready for solar PV. Combined with its earlier letting at Indurent Park Tamworth, DPD now leases more than 200,000ft² across the two Midlands parks.
