Ganter to expand automated warehouse in Germany
Machine components maker Ganter is expanding its automated warehousing in Furtwangen as part of its Strategy 2030.
TGW Logistics will deliver a shuttle system with around 80,000 storage locations, going live in stages from 2027, alongside automated depalletising in goods-in and a WMS upgrade. The project aims to raise capacity while reducing manual handling and improving ergonomics.
