Harworth to develop 30,700ft² last-mile logistics facility in Barnsley
Harworth Group will build a 30,700ft² last-mile parcel facility at Gateway 36 in Barnsley, pre-let on a 20-year lease.
The unit near Junction 36 of the M1 targets BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, with rooftop solar and EV charging planned. Gateway 36 sits within the South Yorkshire Investment Zone, and earlier phases have already delivered space for Dunelm, Lucy & Yak and BOXT.
