LX Pantos completes €140m logistics centre in Poland
LX Pantos has completed a 109,000m² logistics centre in Katowice as it grows its network in Eastern Europe.
The five-building site in Upper Silesia was acquired for around €140m alongside Korean partners KIND and the PIS No. 2 Fund. With road, rail and air links, it sits on key corridors connecting Poland with Germany, Ukraine and markets across northern and southern Europe.
