Panattoni Park Swindon crosses 2 million ft² speculative logistics space milestone
Panattoni now has more than 2 million ft² of speculative logistics space completed or under construction at Panattoni Park Swindon.
The newly completed S920 unit offers 919,765ft², 125 dock doors and a 21m clear height, and is described as the UK's largest speculative unit. Four further buildings totalling around 1.2 million ft² are due for completion in 2027, all targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+.
