Yusen Logistics opens 1.2 million ft² DC in Northampton
Yusen Logistics UK has officially opened a 1.2 million ft² automated Sustainable Distribution Centre near Junction 15 of the M1.
The Milton Malsor site offers 236,000 pallet positions for e-commerce, retail and healthcare customers, using AS/RS, autonomous mobile robots and four-way pallet shuttles. Rated BREEAM Outstanding, it includes temperature-controlled pharma areas and is expected to employ around 150 people.
